Pilferer of Parcels

When Pilferer of Parcels enters the battlefield,
target opponent may put a card from their hand
into their library second from the top. If they
don't, draw a card.
Whenever Pilferer of Parcels deals combat
damage to a player, that player puts the top card
of their library into their graveyard.
"I'll make sure the message gets delivered to the right
place. That place is my back pocket."
