Pillage the Surplus

If a creature would enter the battlefield under an opponent's control with one or more +1/+1 counters on it, put a charge counter on Pillage the Surplus instead.
Remove two charge counters from Pillage the Surplus: The next creature that enters the battlefield this turn enters the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter on it.
