When Pinhead enters the battlefield you may exile any number of creatures you control, then exile an equal number of creatures opponent controls. Each creature exiled this way has 'pay 4 life, return this creature from exile to your hand'. Anytime an opponent returns one of the creatures exiled by Pinhead you gain 4 life.
