At the beginning of your endstep, if you didn't
attack with Pinkie Pie, you create X 1/1
parasprite creature tokens with flying and "At
the beginning of your upkeep, if Pinkie Pie is
not equiped, this creature deals 1 damage to
you". X is equal to the number of equipments
attached to Pinkie Pie.
