Whenever a creature you don’t control dies, exile it. You may cast it from exile until the end of your next turn, and it gains “This spell costs 2 less to cast if it was goaded.”

Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, goad target creature. If it’s already goaded, return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
