Pipe of Sewers

Using an action you can call forth 1 Swarm of Rats or 1 Giant Rat, so long as there are enough rats within half mile of you. You can use this action once a day.
Once the swarm or giant rat is called, on a Charisma DC 12 or higher, the rats will obey your command as long as you continue to play the pipes, taking their turn after yours. On a failed roll the rats behave as they normally would and cannot be swayed by the pipes.
