saving throw or become Frightened of you for 1
minute. If you wish, all non-hostile creatures in
the area succeed on the saving throw. A creature
may re-roll its saving throw at the end of each
turn. A creature that succeeds its saving throw, it
is immune to the effects of this item for 24 hrs.
Regain 1d3 charges at dawn each day.
