Pipes of the Sewers
Requires proficiency with wind instruments.
Ordinary rats and giant rats are indifferent
toward you and will not Attack you unless you
threaten or harm them.
The pipes have 3 Charges. Using an action
to spend a charge will call forth one Swarm of
Rats, provided there are enough rats within half
a mile to be called, that will obey your command.
A Charisma check must be made if the Rats
move 30 feet from their master. If lost, the Rats
behave as they normally would. Recharged at dawn.
