Pipes the Prodigy

At the beginning of your upkeep or when Pipes
the Prodigy enters the battlefield, you may exile
an instant or sorcery card from your hand or graveyard and put a song counter on it.
{w}{u}{g}: Copy a card you own in exile with a song counter on it. Cast the copy without paying its
mana cost. You may only cast up to one sorcery
and/or instant this way each turn cycle.
Practice makes the prodigy.
