Pity Tutor

This spell cannot be countered.
Pity tutor starts the game in the sideboard and
can be cast by any player during their upkeep
only if all players agree target player can cast it.
Instead of drawing at the beginning of your
turn, search your library for a basic land that is
a color you cannot currently produce, put it in
your hand, then shuffle. Then, exile pity tutor.
