If sprinkled on a creature, roll percentile dice:
01-70 Gain a flying speed of 60 feet for 10
minutes
71-80 Make a DC 11 Con save or fall unconscious
for 1 minute. The creature awakens if it takes
damage or is shaken/slapped.
81-90 Make a DC 11 Wis save or be affected by confusion.
91-00 Becomes invisible for 1 hour. The effect
ends if the creature attacks, deals damage, or casts
a spell.
