Putrid (mana cost is Putrid mana), Hoarding (when another is in your hand, merge them into one with an X count (x2, x3, etc.). Add 1 cost at intervals of 2.)
Pox: Give a creature Wither or add: X*2 0/1 decayed skaven named diseased upon being defeated to enemy. While active, enemy has a limit of 12 creatures. Remove excess, favoring skaven.
Buboes: Give a creature with a size less than 4 + X Decayed or Poisonous.
Blight: Give a creature Afflict X or deal X Lifelink damage.
