At the beginning of combat on each players turn, creatures that player controls get -1/-1 until end
of turn for each Plague counter on Plague Aura.
At the beginning of your end step, put a Plague counter on Plague Aura.
At the beginning of each upkeep, if no creatures
died last turn, sacrifice Plague Aura.
