Plague Matron

When Plague Matron enters the battlefield, each opponent searches their library for a basic land card, puts it onto the battlefield with a plague counter on it, then shuffles their library.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player loses life equal to the number of plague counters among permanents they control.
