Plague of Flies

Each opponent's creatures become 1/1 black flies
until end of turn. Each opponent's lands
become swamps until end of turn.
And the Lord did this. Dense swarms of flies poured
into Pharaoh palace and into the houses of his officials
throughout Egypt the land was ruined by the flies.
