Plagued Explorer

Whenever Plagued Explorer enters the battlefield search your library for a basic swamp or forest card, reveal it, and put it into your hand, if it was a swamp put a -1/-1 counter on target creature and if it was a forest put a +1/+1 counter on Plagued Explorer, then shuffle your library.
