+1: Target land becomes a plains in addition to it's other types. Creatures you control gain plains walk
-2: Search you library for a plains card. Put them into your hand. If you control a creature with plains walk put it onto the battlefield.
-10: Gain control of all plains. then put them onto the floor. If you can take 2 steps while only touching plains without moving them you win the game
