Plan of the Council

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may search your library for a card and exile it. Then shuffle your library.
Whenever a creature you control dies, you may return a card exiled with Plan of the Council
from exile to your hand.
Whenever Plan of the Council should be put
into graveyard, shufflle it into your library instead.
