Planar Atrophy

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player mills 5 cards, then draws a card.
If a player would draw a card while their library
has no cards in it, they instead lose 1 life.
If a player would mill cards while their library
has no cards in it, they instead sacrifice that many
permanents. If they can't, they lose the game.

The only hope left is that this shall all end soon.
