Bind a water elemental or any other creature of the water plane with up to HD 13. The creature can resist being bound by a will save. Afterwards, once per day the creature can attempt to escape by successfully pitting its Spell Resistance against your caster level check, by dimensional travel, or with a successful Charisma check.
