Planar Calamity

Choose a player. Each of his or her opponents may choose one of the following effects X times in any combination:
• Return up to two target permanents he or she control into his or her owner's hand;
• Discard a card from his or her hand at random and lose 2 life;
• Put the bottom and top cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard. You may exile a card from his or her graveyard.
