Planar Destruction

Choose a number 1-20 and say it out loud,
then roll a d20 X number of times. If any of
the results match your choice, exile or
destroy (your choice) all permanents target player controls. That player may save any number of those permanents from being exiled or destroyed by paying 5 Life per permanent saved in this way.
