Planar Doom

When Planar Doom enters the battlefield, each
player sacrifices three lands. If a player does not,
then exile all cards in their graveyard.
Horrors get +1/+1 for each land card a player
owns in exile.
Pay 3 life: Exile target land card from any player's graveyard. Its owner creates a 1/1 black Horror creature token.
