Planar Exodus

For each player, exile all legendary permanents and planeswalkers that player controls plus one non-token permanent of each type.
Each player sacrifices all permanents they control, discards their hand and loses half their life (rounded down). Empty all mana pools.
At the beginning of the end step, return all permanents exiled with Planar Exodus to the battlefield under their owner's control.
