Planar Lockdown

Planeswalkers don't leave the battlefield for having 0 loyalty.
If a spell or ability would add a counter on a permanent, it removes that many counters from it instead. (Abilities that add loyalty counters removes that many counters instead and can't be activated if that planeswalker's loyalty is 0.)
