Planar Reconstruction

Each Player shuffles all permanents they own,
cards in their hands, cards in their graveyards
and cards they own in exile into their libraries,
then draws cards equal to those cards total
converted mana cost.
Until end of turn, each player can't lose the
game.
Until end of turn players may cast spells without
paying their mana cost and as though they had
flash.
