Planar Scarcity

When Planar Scarcity enters the battlefield, each player sacrifices creatures until they control no more than three. Repeat this process for planeswalkers, artifacts, enchantments, and lands.
Whenever a permanent enters the battlefield, its controller must sacrifice permanents that share a type with it until that player controls three or less permanents of all of that permanent's types.
