Planechase Equipment

At the start of the game, each player puts a planechase card into their equipment slot.
On each player's turn, they may roll the planar die as a sorcery.
The first roll costs {0}, the second costs {1}, and so on.
When a player rolls planechase or chaos, everyone switches planes or activates their chaos.
