Planer Rip

At the start of the game put 7 time counters on
Planer Rip. At the beginning of your upkeep
remove a time counter. When you remove the
last time counter look at 80 random cards from
the Commander draft cards. Put all Planeswalkers
found this way onto the battlefield under your
control. Exile all but one at the beginning of the
next end step.
This effect is a trigger that is put on the stack.
