Planeswalker's Nexus

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player may reveal a planeswalker card from their hand. If they do, they may put a loyalty counter on a planeswalker they control.
Whenever a planeswalker leaves the battlefield under your control, you may return a planeswalker from your graveyard to the battlefield with {2} loyalty counters.
