has 7 counters, remove them and Planet Namek
from the game, for 3 wishes. Choose 3 of any:
(1) place one of any ability or counter on target creature.
(2) bring creature or enchantment from the graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
(3) look through your library for any card.
(4) Destroy any permanent.
