four time counters on it. At the beginning of
your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the
last is removed, cast it without paying its mana
cost.)
Search your library for a permanent and put it
onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library. If
a creature is put onto the battlefield this way, it
gains haste until end of turn.
