Artifacts have vanishing 4. (Each artifact enters the battlefield with four time counters on it. They have "At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from this artifact. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.")
Whenever an artifact enters the battlefield, its controller may remove up to two time counters from among up to two target artifacts he or she doesn't control.
