Select an INFANTRY unit from your army that is within 1" of any Thermic Plasma Regulators or Conduits before it shoots in
the Shooting phase, or before it fires Overwatch.
Until the end of this phase, add 1 to the Strength and Damage characteristics of all plasma weapons the unit is equipped with.
