hit modifier is DEX+PROF, Deals D10+Dex fire
damage on a hit.
{10} The Plasma Gun is raked back and forth,
hitting all targets in a 30ft cone. Each target must
make a DEX save, the DC is 10+ the shooter's
DEX. Each creature within the cone suffers D12
damage on a failed save, half as much on a
successful one.
