When Playful Thief enters the battlefield Pilfer target artifact with a converted mana cost of two or less.
(Put a pilfer counter on target artifact. You control that artifact as long as the pilfer counter remains on it. If the artifact is targeted by a spell or ability you don't control remove the pilfer counter)
