Exile target creature, then put 2{x} Time
Counters on it. During that creature's owner's
upkeep, remove a Time Counter. When that
creature has no more Time Counters, return it to
the battlefield under its owner's control
with a -1/-1 counter on it.
The naiads decided that if Sea Gate was draining, the drainers were going down with it.
