Plunge into the Warp

At the beginning of your upkeep, put two
plunge counters on Plunge into the Warp.
Then each player creates X Treasure tokens
and Plunge into the Warp deals X damage to
each player, where X is the number of plunge counters on Plunge into the Warp.
