Pluto enters the battlefield tapped with nine orbit counters on it. As long as Pluto has orbit counters on it, it does not untap during your untap step. When the last Orbit counter is removed from Pluto, target player looses the game.{flavor}Matt, get with the times. Pluto is not a planet.
