This pouch of fine sand can be emptied into
any pocket without clinging to or disturbing
any other items in the pocket.
An action can be used to reach into your pocket
and throw a fistful of sand at an enemy's
eyes. The target must succeed on a constitution
saving roll or roll with disadvantage on all attacks
and movement for the next round.
