Pockets of Sand

If you play Pockets of Sand from your hand you may also empty your pockets onto target opponents floor if your pockets are full of sand.
Target opponent loses their next turn if they choose to clean up the sand.
If target opponent forfeits their turn to clean up the sand you may take your next turn. If you do not win by the end of your end step you lose the game.
