Whenever one or more cards are put into exile,
put that many +1/+1 counters on Poe, Guide of
Exiles. That card's owner may search for a basic
land and put it onto the battlefield tapped.
{3}{w}, {t}: Exile target creature. Return it to the battlefield under it's owner's control at the
beginning of the next end step.
