Whenever a creature you control blocks, it gets +1/+1 until end of turn. If the attacking creature died, put a +1/+1 counter on the blocking creature and draw a card.
If Pohu, the Jade Guardian would be put from the battlefield into the graveyard, exile it instead and put two +1/+1 counters on target creature and draw a card.
