When Poison Ooze enters the battlefield, put two
+1/+1 counters on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a +1/+1
counter on Poison Ooze.
Whenever damage would be dealt to Poison Ooze, remove that many +1/+1 counters from it instead.
Then create a token that is a copy of Poison Ooze
with the same number of +1/+1 counters on it.
