Poisoned Chalice

At the beginning of each upkeep, the player whose
turn it is gains control of Poisoned Chalice. Then,
you may remove a dosage counter from Poisoned
Chalice.
{t}: Put a dosage counter on Poisoned Chalice. Any
player may activate this ability.
{ut}: Add one mana of any color. Then, gain a
poison counter for each dosage counter on Poisoned
Chalice.
