At the beginning of each players upkeep.
Poisonous touch deals 1 damage to them for each
aura attached to a creature they control.
{1}{u}: Create a copy of Poisenous Touch and
attach it to the enchanted creature. (Only the
player who cast Poisonous Touch last may activate
this ability. That player may activate this ability even
if they don't control this enchantment.)
