Poisonspray Sliver

Whenever a sliver you control attacks, you may have it deal X damage to target blocking creature, where X is the power of the attacking creature, rounded up.
"We saw the hive, and charged. Suddenly, hundreds of poisonous sprays came out of the cave. We lost half of our soldiers that day."
