Whenever a creature enters the battlefield under
your opponents control; look at the top card
of your library. If it's a creature card, you may
reveal it and put it in your hand.

It automatically records data on Pokemon you've
seen or caught! It's a hi-tech encyclopedia! To make a
complete guide on all the Pokemon in the world.
That was my dream!
