As long as your devotion to white, blue, black, red,
and green is less than twenty, Poli'Ahu isn't a
creature.
On your upkeep one of you lands becomes a snow
land in addition to it's other types.
When a snow land enters the battlefield or a land
turns into a snow land exile target creature with
converted mana cost x, where X is the amount of
snow lands you control, until Poli'Ahu leaves the
battlefield.
