On hit: One ally of your choice gains
1 Faction Loyalty point with any faction
where you have negative Faction Loyalty.
On miss: Lose 1 Faction Loyalty point with
any other Militaristic faction of your choice.
If drawn with the Vampyr Refugee faction,
a success allows the chosen ally to draw and
resolve an event card with the Vampyr Refugees.
